Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers run by Kids Shuttle NZ unless otherwise stated.

1. Eligibility

  • Promotions are available to new families and, where stated, returning families restarting the service.

  • All children must be registered and have completed the required Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Parent Indemnity & Consent before their first ride.

2. Back-to-School Promotion (50% Off First Week – Term 1 Only)

  • The 50% discount applies to your child’s first booked week of rides only.

  • This promotion is valid for Term 1 only, from February 2026 to the end of March 2026.

  • The discount is calculated based on the agreed weekly seat subscription for that first week.

  • The promotion does not apply to registration fees, penalties, or additional charges.

  • The discount will be applied to your invoice and is not redeemable for cash or credit.

3. Weekly Seat Subscription

  • Kids Shuttle NZ operates on a weekly seat subscription model.

  • Your weekly fee secures your child’s seat on the agreed set days, whether the seat is used or not.

  • Missed rides due to illness, school events, holidays, or personal schedule changes are not refundable.

4. Sibling Discount

  • A $5 sibling discount per ride normally applies when siblings travel together on the same trip.

  • Sibling discounts do not apply during the 50% back-to-school promotional period.

  • Sibling discounts resume once the promotional period has ended.

5. Availability & Capacity

  • All promotions are subject to seat availability during the pilot phase.

  • Kids Shuttle NZ has limited seats, and I reserve the right to withdraw or pause promotions once capacity is reached.

6. Non-Transferable & Non-Stackable

  • Promotions are non-transferable between families or children.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Changes & Withdrawal

  • I reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

  • Any changes will not affect bookings or invoices that have already been confirmed in writing.

8. General

  • All standard Kids Shuttle NZ Terms & Conditions, Payment & Cancellation Policies, and Safety Policies continue to apply during promotional periods.

  • Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
